Purpose: This registration system processes data for issuing tickets to the K-POP Dance Master Class (Day 1 & Day 2) and K-Drama Screening, enabling e-ticket downloads, conducting identity verification, and delivering critical event details and emergency contacts.

Retention & Disposal: Retained for 30 days after the end of the event, after which personal data and ticket download data stored on the server will be permanently destroyed without delay. (However, for users who agreed to marketing communications, information will be retained until consent is withdrawn.)

Your Rights: You have the right to refuse consent; however, refusal will prevent ticket issuance and downloading. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion (right to be forgotten) of the collected personal information at any time.
